Date:

The foreign ministers of the BRICS nations, consisting of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, recently held a meeting in Cape Town. While the group started informally in 2006 and South Africa joined four years later, it has become increasingly significant in today’s polarized geopolitical climate.
