Barcelona clinched their second Women’s Champions League title in three years after a stunning comeback against VfL Wolfsburg in the final held in Eindhoven. Swedish defender Fridolina Rolfo scored the winning goal in the 70th minute, securing a 3-2 victory for Barcelona, who had been trailing 2-0 at halftime. Patricia Guijarro scored two goals in the first five minutes of the second half to level the score. Barcelona’s win establishes them as the main rivals to eight-time winners Lyon. The sold-out crowd of nearly 34,000 witnessed the biggest attendance ever for a women’s football match played in the Netherlands.
