Saudi Minister Emphasizes Energy Collaboration with Arab and OPEC+ Nations for Global Oil Markets.

Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Energy, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, has highlighted the Kingdom’s interest in energy cooperation with Arab countries as a key part of its policy to strengthen relations across all sectors. The minister said that this cooperation is reflected in joint Arab action on numerous projects, programs, and initiatives. On an international level, the Kingdom is coordinating with OPEC+ countries, including a number of Arab nations, to enhance the stability of global oil markets and maintain their balance and security of supplies. Prince Abdulaziz also noted that Saudi Arabia has signed memorandums of understanding with several Arab countries in the energy sector, including Egypt, Oman, Jordan, and Iraq, to enhance cooperation in areas such as electricity, renewable energy, and petroleum and gas. The minister expressed hope that the upcoming Arab League Summit in Jeddah will provide a new opportunity for greater cooperation, integration and coordination between Arab countries across all fields.
