In March, Saudi Arabia saw a 4.4% increase in total merchandise exports, reaching SR106.1 billion ($28.29 billion) compared to the previous month’s SR101.1 billion, according to a report from the General Authority for Statistics. However, the report also revealed a 25.3% year-on-year decline in overall merchandise exports for March, with exports valued at SR142 million in the same month of 2022. The report attributed this decline to a drop in oil exports, which fell by 26.5% to SR83.1 billion.
