Saudi Arabia is set to become a popular destination for Chinese tourists over the next two decades, according to the CEO of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority. Speaking at the Arab-China Business Conference in Riyadh, Gerard Inzerillo said that Chinese travellers are raised in a culturally rich country and are keen to experience unique and different cultures. He added that Saudi Arabia’s giga-projects will help the country achieve its goal of attracting 100 million visitors by 2030. The conference aims to explore synergies in technology, artificial intelligence, renewable energy, agriculture, real estate and strategic minerals.
