Turkish decor group, Serdur, has announced a strategic partnership with Dubai-based real estate developer, Andalusia Courtyard. The partnership will enable Serdur to expand into the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE and Saudi markets. As part of the agreement, Serdur will establish an office in the UAE and a $10 million factory in Saudi Arabia. Serkan Durdu, CEO of Serdur, believes that the UAE and Saudi Arabia are strategic attraction poles for luxurious real estate development that suits both local and global clients. Serdur specializes in luxurious furniture for five-star hotels and large-scale projects worldwide. Andalusia Courtyard’s CEO, Saleh Tabbakh, said that the partnership will add new dimensions for their clients and invigorate investment in the region through partnerships and opportunities.
