MONTEGUT, La. (AP) — A Louisiana man dealing with rape costs tried to have his accuser killed, however two hit males as an alternative ended up killing his sister and her neighbor, authorities mentioned Monday.

Neither Hope Nettleton, 37, nor Brittany Cormier, 34, was the person who the hit males had been employed to kill on Jan. 13, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office mentioned.

On Friday, authorities arrested Andrew Eskine, 25, of Carencro; Dalvin Wilson, 22, of Rayne; and Beaux Cormier, 35, of Kaplan on costs of first-degree homicide.

Cormier was beforehand arrested in Vermillion Parish for third-degree rape and, in line with Sheriff Timothy Soginet, employed Eskine and Wilson to kill his accuser so she couldn’t testify towards him.
