Russian media have deployed a “substantial disinformation campaign” against the West to worsen the impression of the coronavirus, generate worry and sow distrust, according to a European Union doc viewed by Reuters… The EU doc claimed the Russian marketing campaign, pushing faux information on the net in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French, uses contradictory, complicated and destructive studies to make it more difficult for the EU to connect its response to the pandemic.
