Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow marks the late actor’s birthday: ‘I like you’

Meadow Walker, the 22-year-old mannequin and daughter of the late film star Paul Walker, is honoring her father on what would have been his birthday.

In a throwback picture posted to Instagram on Sept. 12, Meadow is pictured as a toddler sitting in a lounge chair along with her father, whose shiny blue eyes stand out for the digital camera. 

“Happy birthday Daddy, I love you,” Walker captioned the picture.

A mainstay of the Fast & Furious franchise, Walker died in a fiery automotive collision in Southern California in 2013 at simply 40 years previous. Nov. 30 will mark the eighth anniversary of Walker’s passing, who can be turning 48 on Sunday. 

Meadow was simply 15 years previous when her father died. While she spent most of her childhood living in Hawaii along with her mother, she moved to California to dwell along with her dad a 12 months earlier than his demise, People reported.

While she was only a tyke within the throwback picture, Meadow Walker is clearly all grown up nowadays. Since her dad’s demise, Meadow has labored arduous to honor her father with the Paul Walker Foundation. In July, she went public with boyfriend Louis Thornton-Allan. Last month, the duo introduced they’re engaged to be married, Yahoo Entertainment beforehand reported. In a video taken whereas vacationing collectively within the desert, Walker confirmed off her engagement ring as she loved a dip in a swimming pool.

“Forever and always,” Thornton-Allan commented on the put up.

The couple are ceaselessly featured on one another’s Instagram accounts. Just a pair weeks in the past, Thornton-Allan posted a set of black-and-white images of the duo, calling Walker his “partner in crime.”

Walker isn’t the one one to mirror on the lack of her father not too long ago. Last month, Walker’s She’s All That co-star Rachael Leigh Cook regarded again on his demise and the impact it had on her.

“I remember how hard it hit me when I heard about Paul’s passing, because you always think that there’s going to be — this is the corniest thing I’ve ever said — but you always think that there’s going to be time to reminisce with people about a time that was,” Cook advised Vanity Fair, Yahoo Entertainment beforehand reported.
