Pakistan’s participation in Tenpin Bowling World Cup unsure

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Sports Board’s (PSB) hesitance to concern a no-objection certificates (NOC) to the gamers and officers of the nationwide tenpin bowling group put Pakistan’s participation within the upcoming Tenpin bowling World Cup in Australia in jeopardy.  

President Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation (PTBF) Ijaz ur Rehman on Thursday claimed that the federation had written a letter to the PSB two weeks in the past for the issuance of the NOC however they acquired no reply from the board.

“Pakistan’s team participation in the upcoming Tenpin Bowling World Cup is in doubt. PSB has still not given the NOC to the federation,” he stated. “The federation wrote a letter to the Sports Board two weeks ago for the NOC,” he added.

The Tenpin bowling World Cup is scheduled to happen from November three to 23 in Queensland, Australia.

“Players from 120 countries will be featuring in the singles and team event of the World Cup,” Aijaz stated.

Six members nationwide group comprising Ahmer Saldera, Ijaz ur Rehman, Shabeer Laskar, Ali Suria, Amjed Mehmood and Muhammad Hussain Chattha had been named by the PBTF to take part within the World Cup.
