Thoughts are swirling around statements Kevin O’Leary made after his boat crashed into yet another vessel in Canada, killing two individuals.
The “Shark Tank” star alleged that the other boat, a larger, thirteen-human being vessel, experienced no lights on at the time and that it fled the scene following the collision Saturday night on Lake Joseph in Ontario.
But law enforcement had a unique account.
“Both vessels had left the scene and when they attained the location, the two vessels have been in contact with ambulance for crisis products and services,” stated Joe Scali, spokesman for the West Parry Audio Ontario Provincial Police, in accordance to World Information.
Meanwhile, a supply told TMZ that the bigger boat did have its lights on at the time of the eleven:thirty p.m. crash.
Other sources instructed the gossip web site that O’Leary believes there’s video clip of the crash to establish that the lights weren’t on.
O’Leary explained his wife, Linda, was driving their boat at the time. She was given a DUI test and passed. A third person aboard their vessel was wounded and been given stitches at the clinic, TMZ reported.
The fact star has mentioned he’s fully cooperating with authorities.
