The physique which advises the federal government on Covid-19 vaccines says everybody registered as having a studying incapacity is now eligible to get a jab.
The Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation made the change after strain from a variety of public figures, together with the Radio 2 presenter, Jo Whiley.
Her disabled sister had to enter hospital after contracting the virus at her care home.
Ms Whiley stated she was delighted concerning the prioritisation move.
