Balochistan authorities spokesperson Liaquat Shahwani. — RadioPakistan/InformationThe Balochistan authorities has not imposed a lockdown, spokesperson for the provincial authorities Liaquat Shahwani confirmed Wednesday, after a faux notification was circulated in media teams.The notification had talked about {that a} broad-based sensible lockdown could be imposed within the province and that industrial actions would come to a halt at 10pm.Confirming that the notification was faux, Shahwani, in a tweet, stated: “The Balochistan government has not made any decision to impose a lockdown.””The notification circulating in media groups are fake,” the spokesperson added.The growth comes a day after Balochistan Education Minister Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind had stated that the provincial authorities has determined to start the winter holidays in academic establishments earlier than the scheduled time in view of the second wave of the COVID-19.The provincial schooling minister introduced that winter holidays will begin from December 1.“The new education year will begin from March after three-month vacations across the province,” he stated.Balochistan recorded 156 instances within the final 24 hours, with the full instances mounting as much as 16,529.
