Ethiopia’s military chief, General Berhanu Jula, on Thursday accused the pinnacle of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who’s a Tigrayan himself, of lobbying for the dissident area and serving to them procure weapons.
