Cardi B is certainly celebrating her win at the Grammys in style, as she was still sharing messages of love with her fans at 6am the morning after the awards.
Sleep is for the weak, right?
The rapper, who was crowned winner of the best rap album with her debut Invasion of Privacy, took to Twitter, still looking completely glammed up (seriously, how does she do that?) to thank everyone. And we mean everyone.
‘I wanna keep on saying thank you, thank you, thank you so much,’ she started.
‘This shit is crazy, every award is special to me, from Grammys, AMAs, Billboards, Nickolodeon, awards I get in another motherfucking country, I don’t give a fuck.
‘Every award, my n*****, goes to my mother’s house and every award to her is just as special and just as special to me.’
She added: ‘I am so thankful, I am so grateful.’
Excitedly upping the volume, she cried: ‘I’m thankful for everyone who works with me, I’m thankful for all my friends that be texting me sometimes just for nothing, for my music team, for everybody, my family, I want to thank God.’
Finishing up with a scream of ‘Oh my god!’ it’s safe to say Cardi’s pretty thrilled.
Up on stage, she thanked husband Offset and the pair’s baby daughter Kulture.
‘I want to thank my daughter [Kulture]. I’m not saying thanks because she’s my daughter.
‘It’s because when I found out I was pregnant, my album wasn’t complete, I had three songs done. I had to shoot videos while I was still not showing. It was very long nights.’
Referring to Offset and his rap group, Cardi added: ‘I want to thank all the artists who took their time with my verses.
‘The Migos. New husband.
‘He was like you gonna do this album girl, we gonna have this baby and we gonna do this album.’
